From  child to youth everybody loves to wear   one very famous  casual dress and that is nothing but  jeans.  There are very few people  who knows the details of jeans  such as its origin, textile  which is used for   manufacturing the jeans, manufacturing process  etc.  First we will start  from its origin basically the jeans is term  is derived from french phrase bleu de Gênes Initially it was worn by workers only. But as the fashion grows it become very famous among teenagers starting in the 1950s.  

Manufacturing of jeans :

Jeans  is the trousers which is made from textile known as denim. Jeans are available in many colors but the most popular color is blue which is particularly identified  with american culture. According to survey done in 2004 american people spent around $14 million on jeans. French town of Nimes  and India  are two main places where  jeans  was originated. Traditionally the organic compound which is used for dying  process of  jeans is called indigo dye. According to survey around 20 million tons of indigo are produced specially for  jeans  every years.

The workers used fast  industrial machines  for sewing the jeans.  These macines are very speedy they can sew thousands of stitches within a second.  One single worker take only 15 minutes to make  whole pair of jeans. After stitching the whole pair it is washed  in industrial machines and then processed for color.  After completing  whole process  the manufacturer  apply  branding labels, tags and  packed in plastic sack.

There are two brands Which is very famous  in jeans fashion sector  i.e Diesel and Evisu etc.  One thing is very obvious and true all the famous brands really provides awesome quality fabric means in simple words they are very authentic in terms of quality.

Every people has different choice some people like branded jeans.  They never purchase normal Jeans.  Some people like to wear straight leg or a slim fit, comfort fit,  bootleg cut and low vest etc. One thing is very common among all the people who wear jeans and that is color.
