Work clothes are considered to be an important part of your company’s image. They display a unified and professional appearance. There has been a lot of shake up’s when it comes to uniforms associated with the health profession. For example a new dress code is due to be introduced in Scotland in order to lower the risk of infection. This new dress code is said to ban the traditional white coat and make staff who don’t normally wear a uniform have to do so. For example clinical staff will have to wear a tunic in one of four shades of blue and support workers will wear one of two shades of green. These reduce the risk of infection and promote a professional corporate image.

When you are looking for healthcare uniforms, especially nurses it is important that you choose uniforms that are of the highest quality. They need to be durable but wearable and of course they need to be easy to clean in order to kill off any possible risk of spreading infections.
