Women Scrubs Tops

1 Shower every day

2 Change socks and underwear everyday

3 Keep toe and finger nails clean and short

4 Always wear deodorant

5 If you go for after shave, please don't wear too much. It's over powering and just as bad as 'natural odour'!

6 Look after your teeth, floss and brush regular, smelly breath is a big no no!
